1. Membership

MUMBUB Loyalty memberships are available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Subscriptions

VIP Mama subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Giveaways

Giveaways are open to Australian residents aged 18+ only and exclude residents of South Australia. Draws are conducted via a government-approved random electronic number generator (randomdraws.com.au by TPAL). Winners are notified within 24 hours of the draw.

4. Entry packages

One-time entry packages provide entries into the specific giveaway selected at the time of purchase. VIP Mama subscriptions provide automatic entries into all giveaways for the duration of membership.

5. Accumulating entries

VIP Mama members accumulate additional entries for each month of continuous membership. The number of accumulated entries depends on your subscription tier.

6. Prize fulfilment

Prizes are fulfilled within 30 days of the draw. Shipping is free for all prizes within Australia. Winners may choose the cash alternative where offered.

7. Member discounts

Discount codes are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed. MUMBUB reserves the right to revoke discount access for misuse.

8. Limitation of liability

MUMBUB Loyalty is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
